Step 1 - Free Inspection & Review

No two claims or situations are the same but in order to understand your needs the process starts with a free review of the information that you already have and an inspection of your property.

Step 2 - File any Required Claims

If, following this initial review, we feel there are additional claims to be made or there are unresolved issues within existing claims then we can act on your behalf to take them through to a point of resolution.

We will prepare the necessary supporting evidence and claims documents.

This part of the process may involve other specialist consultants including but not limited to structural engineers, geotechnical engineers, tradesman and various others tests that might be necessary to support your situation.

Step 3 - Reach a Resolution

Finally, we will negotiate with EQC and/or your insurer to obtain the best possible outcome for your case.
